Great location for all museums, good cafes and restaurants near by.

Overall, a GOOD rating is due to allowing smokers in the public garden area. The bathroom needs modification. Using the toilet requires an almost impossible reach for the toilet paper. In addition, taking a shower without getting water is almost impossible because the plastic sitting on the edge of the tub is ineffective from keeping water from hitting the floor. One suggestion would be to replace the short plastic piece with a full size shower curtain. In addition to these somewhat negative items we would have used the breakfast area however, the pricing is not competitive for what is being offered (too expensive). Now for the positive news. We would have given an EXCELLENT overall rating due to excellent support of the front desk when inquiring about various issues. Friendly, knowledgable, and customer support. The front desk assistance should be used as a model for every hotel of this size. We failed to get her name but, based on her overall service---she should be given a raise or a promotion, or both. The rooms were very clean and modern. Very close to train station. Staff very pleasant and helpful with directions.
