Coming in Jan/Feb 2023 will be a brand new look and feel with all new flooring, granite bathroom vanities, fresh paint and furniture upgrades. All new plush mattresses including Stearns and Foster on the king and queen beds. This unit comes with a fabulous sunset view from the large private deck. This unit is located right between the two pools. Notch Estates also includes nature trails and a private pond for catch and release. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Non-smoking and no pets please.
