I booked the property for the indoor pool which was dirty just like the room with a little Mr. Clean and some paint this could be a very nice place. It seems Branson as a whole is going down the tubes. Kind of sad

BED BUGS!! found bed bugs and crumbs in our bed! and found roaches in the pool room, pool was NASTY. We literally handed them a bed bug in a napkin and they’re claiming they don’t have bed bugs and will not refund us. do not stay here!!

Was suppose to have a pool view, didn’t happen. Kids were excited about the pool, pool was closed. Shower was cold, called front office about 3 times no response. Walked to the front office to let them know and finally hot water.

The room we stayed in had stained carpet. And the grout between the tile flooring was filthy. This looks like a very old beat up facility desperately needing updating. There was dog food behind the nightstand. The mirrors were dirty, we left a day early, knowing we would even lose out on the money.

Expensive for condition

The staff were all incredibly nice! The location was perfect and a good breakfast. However it was very ran down, our room reeked of smoke and had lots of damage. Our bed tilted towards the headboard which was very uncomfortable. Honesty it should be about half the price for the condition.

Good base level hotel, I would recommend bring some slippers if you are going to use the shower. Ours was clean but still kind of looked nasty.

Don’t do it.

Arrived onsite at 5:30pm for a check in. Checked in at the front desk, cleaners will still in the room. Bathroom smelled of smoke. Pictured posted don’t match property. Had to wait in line for check in so manager could finish her cigarette outside the front door. WiFi didn’t work.

Has to be the nastiest place in Branson. I didn't not feel safe and left to stay somewhere else. This placed smelled like a rotting carcass, was dark and dingy. Stains on the bed and the room was not clean.

Low Quality Inn not Quality Inn

The pool and hot tub were both out of order, as well as the ice machines, the air conditioner in our room didn’t work. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat. The pictures online depict nice wood/laminate floors when there was actually dirty, old, outdated carpet. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Instead of the Quality Inn it should be the “Low Quality” Inn

Rooms and equipment are in poor condition. Dirty carpets, leaking ceing and the greasy handprints on all the doors was a sign of poor cleaning.

Ok stay

Service was good, especially the lady serving the food. Building needs a lot of work. Ice machine, elevator and laundry were all broken. No microwave in the rooms, thought that was odd. Air conditioner leaked alot while we were there.
