Pool Season starts March 10! Master Suites, Bunk room, HotTub, Arcade & More!

Private Pool opens for the season starting March 10! Our 12 bedroom home includes 11 king master bedrooms, a bunk room, queen pull out sofa and 4 twin beds for additional sleeping. The Bunkroom includes 2 queen bunk beds and 2 twin bunk beds- Sleeps 12! All king master bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's, dressers, hangers, extra pillows/blankets, and private bathroom. Each bedroom has a tub/shower combo with the exception of the 2nd bedroom on the main floor with a walk in shower and handheld shower head for ease of use.
There is one step going up from the driveway to the main level of the house, which has four master bedrooms & no stairs. However, there are stairs going to the upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedrooms.

The main floor has an open kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and patio seating off the back deck. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking together easy and fun! The large dining table can seat 24 comfortably. 2 separate family rooms give so many options!! The upstairs game room complete with a pool table, air hockey, multiple game arcade, foosball and TV for your enjoyment. Downstairs has 4 king master bedrooms, gaming console, extra seating, a sectional around a large flat screen TV, fridge, laundry and patio door to back deck, spa and pool. There are two motion activated cameras on the back of the house monitoring the backyards for the safety of the property, the private pool and when the house is unoccupied. It was like having a hotel all to yourselves. Loved the bathroom per room, spacious seating and entertainment areas. Would book again for guys golf trip.

Perfect location and thoughtful floorplan

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and location. The floorplan of the cabin was large with plenty of privacy and also large gathering places. Works well for church retreats or large families.

We had a blast

This house was wonderful. New and clean with everything we needed for an amazing week. The pool was cleaned daily and the house was on a quiet street. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Great home for a family reunion!

Great House - well stocked

The house had plenty of dishes and cookware which was awesome. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. Perfect spot with tons of rooms and bathrooms for our team during our trip to play at the College of the Ozarks.

Fun in Branson

Family of 29 ranging from 18 months to 79 years. Very much enjoyed the house and pool. The only negative was that noise carried from room to room.

Family time is the best time!

Property is an excellent choice for family and friends getting together. The kitchen has everything you need and more! En-suite bedrooms, game room, family room, pool, hot tub, the list goes on…. We will be looking at dates for next fall for a repeat weekend!!!

Great Property for a large group!

The property was outstanding! Very clean and very functional. We were a group of 12 guys on a golf trip. Bedroom and bath for each guest and the house was very well equipped! Great pool, hot tub and multiple spots to sit and socialize as a group. Melissa was easy to reach and everything was as advertised with no issues. Would stay here again. This property would easily accommodate 12 couples and kids! If there was one wish, a big screen on the main level to watch games while cooking and eating.
