The house is located right off highway 76 & 65 making it a perfect base for exploring the entire city. Food & the shops in historic downtown one block away. The Branson Landing & Lake Taneycomo are 4 blocks away-less than half a mile. 3 blocks to the Convention Center. With easy access to highway 65, 76, 248, Roark Valley Rd, & all the colored routes-you are just minutes from everything else around town. — THE SPACE — Private access to the house in downtown Branson. The house is two levels with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, their own tv, and closet/wardrobe for hanging clothes. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, dining table, full refrigerator, and many options to make coffee/tea. Fully stocked bathroom with shower. Living room with 58inch TV, board games, and puzzles. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a queen bed, tv, and closet. Full bathroom with shower. Living room with couch, chair, and 65 inch tv. There is a driveway in the front with 3 parking spaces, (28+ ft long) additional can be parked if needed. Outside deck with table, chairs, & BBQ grill. Short drive to West, North, or South side of town. — PARKING — There is a driveway in the front with 3 parking spaces, the driveway is long(28+ft) so more cars can be parked if needed.

Perfect Location for the Convention Center and Branson's Landing
This location was the perfect location for going to the Convention Center during the day and having numerous choices for dinner in the evening at Branson's Landing. Plus getting carry out breakfasts from the Farmhouse Restaurant was quick and easy too. Best part was everyone had their own bedroom with a queen sized, comfortable bed. Highly recommend!
Property is conveniently located in an area that is far enough past the strip area that it is not overly crowded. Place is 2 levels with a bedroom , sitting area and a bathroom in the first floor. Kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2nd bath on the upper floor. Place is well stocked for a group. Good choice if you are needing a place for a group.
I loved how stocked the bathroom was with toiletries, towels, and washcloths. There was 8 of us women for the women of joy conference and we all had a blast. The only thing I could complain about was in the bottom bedroom, the rug was slippery on the hardwood floor and caused one of my friends to fall. Other than the rug, it was a wonderful stay.
This lovely 4-bedroom was perfect for our family. It was close to all of the attractions and it had everything we needed and wanted. It was just a short walk to the historic downtown area and fabulous restaurants, and only a 15-min drive to Sight and Sound theatre. They get a 10/10 and we would definitely stay here again. For those who have trouble with stairs, you do have to walk upstairs to get to the kitchen and three of the bedrooms. It didn’t bother us, but it may be an issue for some.
