Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
My advice: go find a different place & DO NOT stay here. When we arrived, we did our routine cleanliness check. Found lots of human hair on the sheets on all 3 beds. Bathrooms were nasty & itty bitty. The rugs both upstairs & down had not been vacuumed in a long time & had hair and dirt everywhere. Top of the refrigerator had never been cleaned. So, needless to say the rest of the place left us with questions also. Have you heard enough to make you go somewhere else? The sliding glass door was not locked or shut & the metal bar that keeps the door from opening was standing up. The oven is outdated & needs replaced. The front screen door would not close. Blinds are bent. You cannot move the curtains throughout or you will get covered with flying fuzz. We wound up going to Walmart & buying new sheets for all the beds & using those. We called the owner, who was not very sympathetic with the situation. The manager did send a new cleaning lady over that did a good job but with everything that we went through to get it “live-able” we were not able to do the things we had planned for that day. And DO NOT be fooled by the pictures on VRBO! The pictures show it to be roomy but the actual living room area is only about 15 feet wide. We have pictures to back all of this up. The condo is in a quad & the site gave the impression that it was a stand alone condo. The walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors even just walking around.
