COUNTRY COTTAGE - Private Hot Tub and Fire Pit

COUNTRY Cottage is a 1 bedroom, private cottage in Branson, MO. Located at Sunset Hills Cottages - an ADULTS ONLY retreat nestled on a beautifully wooded 7 acre property. Enjoy the serene surroundings, including our beautiful Swimming Pond, and an abundance of wildlife. Country Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants.

Country Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages. All guests must be 21+.

- Asphalt parking spot located just to the right of the unit (marked with a sign)
- We do have room for boat/trailer parking on property, it is just not located directly next to your unit, so please let us know if you will be bringing a boat or trailer and we’d be happy to coordinate additional parking for you!

The Swimming Pond:

From your back porch you will have an amazing view of the pond’s infinity edge and lower waterfall!

All units have access to our beautiful, naturally filtered Swimming Pond! The pond is 100% natural, so there will be fish, (Koi & Goldfish) bugs, tadpoles, frogs, etc. Please do not tamper with any harmless wildlife in the pond as their presence helps the pond’s ecosystem and helps keep it clean! You can enjoy the view of the beautiful waterfalls year round, however the pond is not heated.

The Property:

Sunset Hills currently has five rentable units on property, each with a maximum occupancy of TWO adults (21+) per unit. We are NOT PET FRIENDLY!!

We do not have any grills on property, however you are more than welcome to bring a portable grill for your stay! We just ask that the grill is used on the sidewalk and/or asphalt, AWAY from the unit and you do not leave it unattended while it is lit.

You will receive your check-in instructions, including your key code, one day before your arrival. We use the last 4 digits of the phone number that is on your VRBO account for the key code, so please make sure this is updated prior to booking! The key code will activate at 3:00PM on your check-in day, allowing for a seamless check-in!

Cottages are excellently equipped for two! Very comfortable and quiet. Furnishings and amenities very well-kept. Screened back-porch with hot tub and fire pit was icing on the cake! Amazingly nearby Branson attractions. Will certainly stay there again!

So Freaking Cute!!

This place is the perfect getaway in Branson. It’s right off the highway but feels like you’re in a little haven in the woods. The cabin was clean, comfy, and accommodating, and the pond-pool was the best feature! Not to mention the hot tub, fire pit, and perfect location to SDC and other Branson attractions. 10/10 would book this again.

The Country Cottage was a perfect place for a short weekend get away. This cabin was exactly what was listed online. We enjoyed the private hot tub and fire pit on the back deck. Perfect retreat

When we arrived first thing noticed is well maintained grounds, then as we entered the Country Cottage first of all it smelled wonderful and clean. The cottage was clean, peaceful, beautifully decorated, and had what was needed for the perfect stay. We can't wait to go back and hopefully get to meet the owners.

Perfect place to get away

We spent a few nights here and a few nights in a fancy hotel. We each agreed that this cottage was better. We loved the private hot tub, and pond. Our favorite part of the trip was swimming in the pond. It felt secluded from the hustle and bustle of Branson, and remained quiet with only 3 other small cottages near us. We would absolutely stay again!

Great anniversary trip

First off Lacey is awesome, she helped me get flowers delivered before we even showed up to the property and her communication top notch. The country cottage was perfect for our needs, with the privet hot tub and fire pit. The location was good too, far enough from all the hustle in Branson but not inconvenient. We will be back for sure.

Quiet and relaxing

First of all. The property is absolutely stunning. The Country cottage is the cutest! We used the hottub more than the Pond area. We were there for 4 days and visited the pond twice. It was a bit chilly but when we got it it was amazing and comfortable. We will definitely be back again. So relaxing and quiet. It was just what we needed.

Nice Property

My husband and I had a weekend getaway and we were excited to try out this location. Here is our takeaway with our positives and negatives of our stay. Positives: It is a quiet location not far from the highway, which we hardly ever heard. Access to and from the highway is easy and there are places to shop and eat nearby. We enjoyed the uniqueness of the natural pool and how it was lit up for night swims. We loved that the unit comes with a private fire fit and hot tub. We stayed in the Country Cottage so ours was on the back deck. We did notice that some cabins had decks that were screened in. Ours was not but we did not have any issues with bugs. The cabin was clean and cutely decorated. Just the right size for two people. Negatives: the biggest issue we had with our cabin was the overuse of fragrance items. The moment we walked in, the thick smell invaded us. Sensetivity to fragrance was not a thought for this cabin. We found two fragrance plug ins that we had to unplug and open doors to try and get some fresh air in. We also found out the trash bags were fragranced. I dealt with headaches both nights we stayed and my husband started having sinus problems the second day in. Our cabin did not have nightstands. There is not a lot of room but a couple small tables would be nice. My husband wears a CPAP and we had to make a stand for his side of the bed. A second luggage stand would also be helpful. The wardrobe is too narrow to really use. Overall, we would stay again.
