Guests agree to exercise extreme caution and care while using the spa pool on the premises. Guests are responsible for any repair charges due to damage caused to the spa pool or the property as a result of their actions. It is mandatory for everyone using the spa pool to shower and clean their feet beforehand. No oils, bubble bath, soaps, liquids, or any other harmful materials are allowed in the spa pool. Glass products are strictly prohibited in and around the spa pool. Any violation of these rules will result in a cleaning fee of $200. Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in using the spa pool and release the Host/property owner from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from spa pool usage, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, regardless of negligence.
