The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. "We had a wonderful stay at this adorable river house. It was supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch or deck and watching the boats on the river. Karen, the host, checked on us and replied quickly when we had a question. I have referred friends and family and we hope to stay there again in the future. I highly recommend this place."

"This is a lovely property near Fanning Springs. The owners were responsive & phoned to make sure everything was in order. The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area.
