Branford Center Holidays from NZ$4,425

The hotel and room as a whole was very clean but I found the room cramped. There were 2 double beds but they actually were pushed together giving the appearance of one massive bed. There were 3 of us staying together, luckily we were mother/daughter, I would not want this setup for friends. I included the breakfast but found it very lack luster and only ate there once. Would've made out better grabbing a breakfast sandwich from the Dunkin directly across the street. The staff was super friendly and courteous to guest. The lobby lounge was nice to enjoy after a long day of shopping and the grab and go was perfect to take a nightcap to the room. It was a great location for Broadway theaters and central to the subway.

Fabulous experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Especially while checking-in. Would come back again! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and have amazing views!

Not the standard for a 1 Hotel property. I came in late and the fire alarm was falsely going off the entire time. No courtesy call and no zero attempt to accommodate the guests. The rooms need some work. Felt dingy and could use some serious touch ups and repairs. Just didn’t feel like the others.
