The Whipporwill House at the Rez!⛵️ Pet Friendly!

  • The home is located in the Heart of the Ross Barnett Reservoir area. It has easy access to public boating dock , walking trails, parks and restaurants nearby. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Spillway Rd. It is close to Hwy 25 easily accessible to shopping in Dogwood Shopping mall in Flowood. It is a short drive to the new Brandon Amphitheater featuring many exciting concerts. There is a TV projector in the living area with Fire TV , access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The master bedroom has a 55 inch. All bedrooms have 43” Fire TV’s with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a dinner at home. The large backyard area has chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or in the afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine. The unit has Nest thermostats to make sure your stay is comfortable. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board. Pets allowed with pet fee required to be paid prior to stay.
