"Management was not to be seen. A lot of undertrained staff. The main hotel is in very poor condition and needs major renovations. Hygiene can be seriously improved. The new section of the hotel with a spa and the restaurant is on the other side of the street. "Clean, comfortable hotel, quiet when we stayed there during low season, good location. Did not like the 4 pm check-in. Arrived at 1:30 pm. With no-one around, we used the code they sent to get into the reception. We were not able to get into the room, even though it was available. At 3 pm the receptionist arrived. Even though no-one else was around and we were obviously waiting, she did not offer to check us in until we asked if we can check in “early”, apparently as a favour. The rather late...

"I had a fantastic stay! It is close to the bus and you get a free bus pass for all of Liechtenstein. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. The shower was huge with plenty of storage space. The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of items. Overall fantastic value for the price!!"

"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. The food is nice, the bar area is lovely. Half board is usually on offer for a stay, which includes a multi-course evening meal. All in all, it’s a reliably good hotel."
