"Clean, comfortable hotel, quiet when we stayed there during low season, good location. Did not like the 4 pm check-in. Arrived at 1:30 pm. With no-one around, we used the code they sent to get into the reception. We were not able to get into the room, even though it was available. At 3 pm the receptionist arrived. "Wir waren nun zum zweiten mal im Brandnerhus und werden ziemlich sicher wieder kommen. Nur dieses mal hat einiges nicht gepasst. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir nicht mal Messer oder Gabeln. Diese wurden dann auf Nachfragen, nachgeliefert. Aber nur 2 Messer und 2 Gabeln?! Es waren auch nur je 2 Gläser und Tassen vorhanden.
