"The property was quiet and in a great location, our neighbors in the camper were very friendly also seen them on the dunes and meet their kids great time. Hot tub was amazing will definitely consider this property again. Few things they can add is a mop, dust pan, and a small vacuum. Other than that it was great."

"The listing was as advertised super clean. Relaxing and fun . Fished right off the dock! Took paddle boat out once. Had steaks and corn on the cob on the gril! Josh was very responsive! Definitely reccomend this spot for a fun stay! Also everything was labled for convenience!"

"This was our 7th summer in Michigan and our 6th rental house there. The house was very clean. With 3 kids, we loved the easy access to the water/beach water (searching for sea glass is so much fun), the additional tvs (including the one in the enclosed porch), the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts, we could go on and on. Check out the Daily Bakehouse in Manistee, Sleeping Bear Dunes (and nearby Glen Arbor)."

"The location is great and everything is new and nice. The screened in porch is a must and a great yard space. One thing I would say is being a location that sleeps 12-14(?) there were maybe two extra rolls of toilet paper, a small dishwasher, a tiny coffee maker and four coffee cups. The house is nice, just some amenities didn't exactly line up with the number of guests it accommodates."

"This cottage was perfect for our family of 7. A great play area for the kids. Beautiful home, cozy and spacious. We all enjoyed the water and fire pit. No swimming access so we drove to Ludington for a day of shopping and swimming at the state park. Well worth the hour drive. Definitely would stay here again!"

"Nice clean place perfect for me & Mondo my dog the lake was a bit low or the pier needs to go out farther plan on getting wet if you want get the boat in the water & you will get a good work out bringing the wood down to the campfire when all said & done the price was right on this clean little cottage."
