"Myself, my daughter and our dog stayed here because we had been dislocated by the recent ice storm. We explained the reason for our stay to the front desk staff. The dislocation was distressing for us and our dog but the desk people did everything they could to make our stay as stress-free as possible. We are home now and slowly getting back to normal life. "We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and updated. The pool is small but was also clean. The website indicated that the hot tub was closed however we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was open. Every staff that we encountered were polite and friendly. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars was because the breakfast was quantity over quality. The cinnamon buns and muffins were delicious, however the scrambeled eggs were barely edible.
