"Without being noticed , i found out that the location of the accomodation would be unknown until the day of arrival in Livigno. This is a issue that gives you the greatest discomfort . We were a bunch of friends, in diferent locations.I stayed at Roullete and I was not able to have Any ideea about my location until the day I arrived.(in spițe of the fact that when I booked I ve seen some pictures from the interior that Belongs to some other location. The worst thing is that they never notice...

"The shower was a bit uncomfortable. The internet was not all the time and in all the apartment strong enough. I suggest to add some heat resistant gloves in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and will come back for sure."

"we had our 1 and only rainy day in Switzerland when we hit Bergun. Franziska's place was perfect. She provided board games and a very comfortable place to stay. Thanks for having our favorite game Rummicube and scrabble. I give this place 5 stars and had the weather been better we could have done some hiking."

"Arrived at accommodation but no-one there to check us in & had to go to another hotel and pay for another stay. N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters"

"If you're going to Livigno and you don't book this place, you truly will be missing out. It was by far the best place we stayed in a two week motorcycle journey through the Alps and Dolomites. "Struttura vecchia, sporca e con riscaldamento inefficace. Bagni improponibili senza finestre, asse del gabinetto rotta e sporca . Cucina mal attrezzata è datata. Odore di chiuso ovunque : nonostante le temperature polari prima di ogni sonno dovevamo spalancare le finestre . La stanza con i letti singoli è sopra un garage /officina da cui salgono odori di gasolio e mantengono fredda la stanza perché il locale sottostante non è riscaldato.
