"The hotel is run by Lydia, who was extremely accommodating and welcoming to us all, including to our family dog. The hotel is a charming little hotel, in the countryside, run in a very personal way. It was in a strategic position too, when travelling across France, either to or from the Euro tunnel / Calais ferries."

"Good points Restaurant on site Buffet had lots of choice, we didn't try breakfast. Air-conditioning Location to Troyes. 2 male bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Bad points Says book in from 12.00. We arrived at 14.00. One room still wasnt made up. Bed had been slept in. Checked with receptionist, who said it will be done. An hour later we had to find the cleaner ourselves and ask her to make up the room. She was lovely and did , despite that room not being on her list. 1 room the toilet was stained. We were ignored at dinner,, people arriving after us were served and eating. Had to go and ask waitress for service after 40 minutes of waiting. Price was fair."
