This motel is fairly bare-bones, but the pricing reflects that, which is good if you are looking for a bargain stay and do not intend to spend tons of time in your room. It is a classic "motor hotel" -- one level only, where you park right outside your room. There is no restaurant or complimentary breakfast. Our room did not have any sort of closet with hangers, nor did it have a suitcase stand. But it did have all the other essentials -- a clean bathroom, towels, beds and bedding, pillows, a mini-refrigerator, cable television, a desk and 2 chairs, and an adjustable heating/cooling/air circulation unit. We felt safe and would stay there again if ever we visit Bradford again.

You could hear TV and people talk easily through the walls on either side of my room. That was completely annoying. The lighting in the room was two lamps and even with the window curtain open, it was somewhat dark in the room. Bathroom was fine, mini fridge worked, area seemed safe.

They only replaced towels did not make beds nor replace anything you used Did not sweep Floor which felt griddy .feet was always dirty. Called at 8 pm when I first got There about tv that had no signal made me feel I was an inconvenience. Couldn’t get into the ice machine without his key because ours and other guests didn’t work. Guy that is in charge is not friendly atmosphere. Last night there 10:00 someone left their car door open with everything in it. Just wanted to make sure their stuff was safe. Called them No answer went to front desk well door nothing. I feel front desk should be open 24/7 for their guests. Rooms Could have a Little rug in front of The bed so they don’t get all the grub from their feet on the bed Other than poor guest Service rooms aren’t that bad

The room itself was clean enough, but the vent fan in the bathroom, which comes on automatically with the light, pulled in horrendous sewer gas stench everytime it was on. This needs fixed. The room has paper thin walls, and you can hear every conversation and shower the room(s) next to you have as well as all activity in the parking lot. The heater/air conditioning unit turns off and on all night, which is very disruptive to try to sleep through. There's no constant fan option on it, which would be a nice feature to help drown out the noise from the other rooms and parking lot. Also, the beds are very noisy everytime you move or roll over. Definitely not a good night's sleep.

We stayed at the Relax in for a day trip to Kinzua State Park. I like staying at motels versus hotels, each one is unique. The Relax Inn was conveniently located next to restaurants and stores. The room was clean and good condition with the exception of a broken towel rack which I informed the staff about. The bed was comfortable and the room had a small microwave and a coffee maker. I enjoyed staying here, the staff was friendly and explained about places to dine locally.

When I arrived to check in around 1030 pm, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell that said ring for service 3 different times and no one came. I could hear a TV on behind the office door. I eventually had to call the phone number and could head the employee had just woken up from sleeping because the phone was ringing. I waited about 15 minutes to have someone at the front desk. Highly unprofessional.

You can tell my room was somewhat recently updated. It isn’t a large room by any means. I don’t understand why they don’t try to fix the easy stuff that make the room look much less than it is. The toilet paper holder was missing from the vanity. There was a huge area on the bathroom ceiling where the paint was missing and it was either dirt or rust showing underneath. Also, the shower had no grab rail and the plastic floor pan was extremely slippery. If a couple of items were repaired properly I would have given it a better rating. The bed was comfortable, the room was otherwise clean. The chain in the door was missing There isn’t much you can do without a car as far as food.

A lot of covered up damages throughiut the room, linens all damaged and stained. Noisey property lots of highway crowds. Id advise as a low cost one nighter if you're in need. Families with children stay away.

Door lock was broken. Management said they would send someone in a couple minutes to fix it, but it was several hours, meaning i could not leave my room for several hours. You can tell they have attempted to update rooms, but several thkngs such as vent, chair, and a/c were extrememly dirty. Bathroom had horrible smell. Will not return.

I travel for work, and normally I do not make complaints about a property, however I feel that others who travel for work and look for value motels should read this. The actual building is in good condition and the room I stayed in was very nice, with new furniture and appliances. No complaints about the room. The service was courteous but nothing special. The parking lot and other occupants of the motel is another story entirely. There was a constant flow of people, to and from the rooms to the general parking area, front and back, who were loud, rude, swearing and sometimes sounded like they were on the verge of violence. The age range seemed to be 20 to 30 years old max. I'm not a racist so let's just say it was an 'inclusive' group. I contemplated finding another motel but there was nothing available in the area by the time I arrived and checked in, and I was tired. I'm not going into detail about the activities to save time here, but I don't know what the management is doing and why this particular crowd seems to occupy the motel. I will not stay here again.
