    This home has 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, AC, spacious living room/dining room area with high speed WiFi, and a 70in T.V with streaming platforms. Newly renovated kitchen fully equipped with anything you'll need( toaster, blender, coffee machine ect.)
    Backyard has comfortable seating equipped with propane fire pit table, swings, oversized outdoor day bed, outdoor games (corn hole, spike ball), a 6 person hot tub, and any beach accessories(chairs, umbrella, toys, beach cabana)
    Master bedroom and second bedroom are equipped with block out curtains for a good night sleep.

This was a great location in a quiet neighborhood that was about a 10 minute, easy drive to Bradenton beach. The house was clean and had a lot of nice amenities, games, and a relaxing outdoor area. Plus it had everything you could need for a day at the beach. This was especially nice since we flew in, so didn’t pack any real beach necessities. Also of note, there are plenty of grocery stores and places to grab food/ essentials just minutes away. When I had a question, Magdalena was quick to respond. I will definitely look to stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Lovely House with Good Location

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and pet friendly, this is it. We stayed a month with visits from our children and grandkids. Great back yard to relax, visit and cook out. Nice sun room, clean and well stocked home. Beach equipment much appreciated. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Great hosts and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place. It is very well kept and very clean which was most important to us. It’s only 15 minutes to the major beaches. The host was very responsive and helped immensely with anything we needed! Would definitely book this again.

Gorgeous home

The home was in a beautiful location, everything is clean when we entered and living room was perfect for spending time with the family watching movies and playing card games. The back yard was perfect for a day outside and the hot tub was very nice to get in on colder nights during our stay. If we are ever in the area again I would come back here if I can. We visited from Ohio for a long weekend getaway with friends, and this home was a wonderful place to stay. The house has plenty of space to gather, both indoors and outdoors. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to fully enjoy all of the outdoor areas, but there was lots of seating available and outdoor games, which would be fantastic in better weather.The hot tub was a highlight — very large, extremely clean, and easy to operate and cover. We really appreciated how well it was maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and serviceware. There were a small number of spices available, and we checked the kitchen before making a Walmart run, which was helpful.The home is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and access to the house was easy and reliable. The driveway easily accommodated our two vehicles, with room for more if needed. We also appreciated how responsive Maggie was — she answered questions quickly before our trip and was just as helpful during our stay.We took a day trip to Bradenton Beach, which was less than a 10-minute drive, and Anna Maria Island was also close and absolutely gorgeous.While the pillows weren’t our personal preference (a very subjective thing!), everything else was thoughtfully provided. Maggie should be very proud of the property she offers on VRBO!

Quite, cozy and easy beach access!

Our host was very courteous and prompt. The place was clean with lots of new amenities. Beds were new and very comfortable plus we enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was. Fun things to do at the house but also quick and easy access to beaches and other activities. Would recommend for family of 4-5!

House was great!

Can’t say enough about this place it was so clean with evening you need, all the beach tents, boogie boards, skim boards and lots of other goodies. So nice not to have to bring everything to play at the beach. We will be back to stay here for sure. We had a question upon checking in and they were so accommodating and got back to just quickly. We loved it!

Great getaway

Our stay was great. Everything was clean and the home was extremely well stocked. We were in for a long weekend for an IMG football tournament. The house was fantastic to relax, and there were plenty of games to keep us busy in our free time. There was everything from bikes to foosball to a pool table to the hot tub. The host also gave us A wonderful variety of restaurants and activities in the area. The location was fabulous. So many restaurants and things to do within minutes.

Wonderfully Decorated Inside and Out

The property was delightful and wonderfully decorated with little touches of the holidays. During the day there were many areas to explore, hang out and just relax or play a game. At night we enjoyed sitting outside, enjoying cocktails and chatting around the fire on the deck. It was a bit cold and windy so we didn’t get into the hot tub but did enjoy the hammock swing.

Wonderful stay

I'm so glad I stumbled on this gem. The property was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. The host was very communicative, giving us several recommendations about her favorite local places. I would not hesitate to rent again. Beaches are very close, the hot tub and fire pit provided such a great way to relax and connect with my friends. The neighborhood is quiet and amenities are close by. Definitely one of the best vacation rentals I've experienced. Highly recommend!
