Say hello to your private 2-bedroom NW Bradenton home. This quaint clean Florida style house is one half mile from Desoto National Monument; 1.5 miles from Robinson Preserve and 5 miles from Anna Maria Island and its famous beaches. You are ten minutes away from Cortez fishing village which offers fresh catch at the markets or prepared in several fun family restaurants. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Downtown Bradenton is 10 minutes away; Sarasota is 20 minutes away. Stay in this comfortable relaxing home surrounded with shade from native trees and foliage. Enjoy your coffee and breakfast on the recently enclosed lanai. The patio has a Weber gas grill, outdoor seating, herb garden, copper fire pit, koi pond and fountain.
Enter the home from the lanai through the French doors to an open style living room. Between living room and kitchen is the dining area with comfortable seating and table for four. The galley kitchen is well equipped and has easy to use appliances-enjoy the reverse osmosis water suppling the new refrigerator and available at the sink. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, and French doors opening onto the lanai. The nicely furnished guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private rain shower in the bathroom. Additionally, a queen size sleeper-sofa is in the living room. Porcelain tile floors throughout; efficient A/C filters and quiet Blueair brand air purifiers provide fresh clean air. Natural light makes the interior bright and cheerful.

Home away from home

Convenient location to stores, Robinson Preserve and Desoto National Park. We enjoyed biking and walking at both locations. Quiet neighborhood. The house is comfortable and porch is a real plus. Enjoyed watching variety of birds at the bird feeder. Our time here has been great.

Relaxing Mother’s Day

Wonderful property

The house was fantastic- spotless, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Beautiful national park within walking distance. The host could not have been nicer. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Second Visit Just as Wonderful

Quiet, charming house near Robinson Preserve was definitely worth a second stay. The yard is lush with beautiful plantings, and the lanai is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Very comfortable and homey with well-equipped kitchen, too.

Hidden paradise

Really nice patio

We really enjoyed our time here! A Very nice and updated home. It was very clean and the host was very responsive. The patio had a fountain with a Koi pond that was relaxing. We hope to stay there again next year if we go to that area of Florida!

Bradenton refuge

This property is all that is advertised, and more. Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. It is extremely well cared for, well stocked and move in ready. Just supply the groceries. Would recommend it highly to anyone.

Wonderful 4th of July weekend

Place was super clean with all goodies included. Full kitchen and hardware. Big rooms with bathroom on each. This place is very centric for beaches and dining experiences. Anna Maria beach is like 15 min distance. Host was supper responsive with lot of details and recommendations. Place is quiet, comfortable beds and living room furniture. We will definitely stay again in a near future.

We came to Bradenton to attend spring training baseball games and were lucky enough to stay in this property. It is a bit quirky in design, but in a good way. It was spotless and completely equipped. The location is quiet and convenient. Brad was helpful throughout the reservation process and readily available for the one question we had. Each day we were there we liked it even more! Overall, an extremely positive experience.

Nice sunroom, extra portable beach chairs for use was a bonus, small deck with pond is cool, just needed to rake the leaves. Fun interior colors. Just need to finish theme pictures that don’t match the decor, which is minor. I would return.

Great "cozy" but spacious Bungalow

This place is perfect!!! We're so happy we found it--we have stayed on AMI twice before but it has become so pricey!!! This VRBO is in Palma Sola north Bradenton just 12-15 min from AMI and 10 min from Cortez with great restaurants llke Star Fish Company and Swordfish Grill--this 2 BR 2B has large living room, 3 TVs with cable/smart TVs and very well equipped kitchen with spices coffee makers (drip and Keurig) 1 bike lovely patio with fountain koi pond (you can feed the fish) propane grill firepit hammock and 2 recliners and screened patio (no bugs when we were there in Feb) games--just like home!!! Wonderful owners who are available if needed--very nice and quiet neighborhood and so private!!! Try it out!!! Price is outstanding!!! Also close to DeSoto National Seashore and wonderful walking paths!!!

Pros - as advertised and clean inside. House was well stocked with anything you might need. If you plan to use the outside, it could have been cleaner and more organized. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Great location for IMG baseball trnmt and Anna Maria Island access. Cons - owners were very hard to get a hold of and we had a major issue with the ONLY TV in the unit. After much time, they did respond; but they never did check back to see if the issue had been resolved? That would have been nice. It had not and we had issues w/ the TV the whole time we were there. Very disappointing! Thanks!!!

Cozy and great location!

Great hosts, available for any questions, we brought our pup and she was happy with us in the home. Bed was super comfortable! Great location, 7 minutes to Anna Maria island, we chose the property for the gardens and easy drive to the island, worth not paying double on the island.

Quiet location

Nice quiet location near parks, shopping and (of course) the beach. The house was very clean upon our arrival, well appointed for our 3 week stay, and the owner was easily accessible when needed.

Great Location!!

Biking to the Preserve was a plus!! Enjoyed the quiet little garden spot and feeding the fish and fountain. Also biking around the Anna Maria Island was fun!! The house is well stocked with everything you need. Had a blast!!
