Location is everything, and you can't beat the location of this house - just minutes from the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island. Explore the nearby Robinson or Perico Preserve, with biking/walking trails, scenic kayaking, and excellent fishing. Relax on the magnificent white sands of Holmes Beach or join in a sand volleyball game. Go horseback riding on the beach just 5 minutes away. Spend time relaxing or fishing off the backyard dock, where you might just get a visit from manatees! Live in luxury at our beautiful, newly renovated home, with 5 furnished bedrooms and 3 full baths. Our home includes 4 kayaks to navigate the beautiful canals of the Island. Or you can stay back on the dock and fish the canal with the fishing equipment provided. Enjoy a game of tennis at the nearby courts using our tennis rackets, or explore the island and nearby Manatee River views with the bicycles provided for endless touring. After your bike ride, kick back and get that vacation tan on one of the patio loungers, or cool off and take a dip in your very own private pool. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee on your private dock over looking the canal and watching the fish jump in the warm morning sun. We do have a boat lift and can discuss your needs for that. Please contact us for more information on bringing your boat along. If you're hungry, enjoy grilling your favorite meal on the patio overlooking the pool and canal, or cook in the large, modern, and open kitchen with all new appliances. I can't say enough how incredible our stay was! My husband and I rented this home with our adult children. The hpuse was plenty big for us all to have our own space and for us to all gather by the pool, livingroom, and kitchen. We enjoyed the dock, bbq, and spending time in the pool and laying in the sun. Wonderful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Close to the grocery store and so many fun tourist attractions!! We will definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful location, easy travels to any place. Pool amazing, house is fit for two families with separation for quite and privacy. Just what your looking for when you leave yours. Hosts were responsive and have made a wonderful home for other's.

This home is very spacious and has a lot to offer. We lucked out with amazing weather so having the heated pool was definitely a main attraction for our family. We visited Clear Water, Siesta Key, The River Walk, Venice Beach and Anna Marie Island.

Great house!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. It’s conveniently located to everything you need and just a short drive to Anna Maria Island. There were seven of us, plus an infant, and we had plenty of room. The pool is great too!

The host was very communicative before we arrived and made the check-in process simple. Be advised...your GPS may take you to the neighbor's house, so check the address when you arrive. The property was clean and offered enough room for 6 adults to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. We had everything we needed and more. The host provided a variety of "extras" to make the stay enjoyable, including kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles. While our group of seniors didn't use any of them, we found this very thoughtful. We loved our morning coffee on the dock and pool-side. It's so peaceful. If you have any mobility issues, getting in and out of the pool and down to the dock can be a little challenging as there are no hand rails, but with a little ingenuity we got it done! The water was perfect and we spent most of our daylight hours enjoying the pool. The kitchen is large and spacious and, with 6 women, this was something we loved! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this host and property!

Something for everyone

Our 4 generation family enjoyed our stay in Bradenton! The neighborhood was great for biking, kayaking in the bayou, and swimming in the heated pool. The nearby Robinson Preserve has a fantastic play place for young children, biking and walking trails for young and old. The proximity to various beaches and restaurants was so convenient. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Home

We booked a week stay for a family celebration. House was clean, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the backyard had the most relaxing views. There were plenty of things for the kids to do on property with kayaks and fishing poles provided.

Family Coming Together

Our family came together with the family of our son's fiancé for the first time. We had the proposal at the beach on Anna Maria Island and then grilled out by the pool to get to know each other better. Turned out great! It is a nice house, very accommodating for a group. Very nice setting.

Birthday celebration

Perfect home for a family gathering with adult children. Private rooms for everyone; spacious kitchen and relaxing spaces. Sadly the weather didn’t give us the opportunity to enjoy the pool and wonderful outdoor activities. Maybe next time. Would certainly recommend this property.

Amazing location and home

I cannot put into words how perfect the house and location was for our trip. The home was much larger than I anticipated from the photos and listings. We had eight adults and it felt very spacious. Jill was amazing and very prompt when I thought I locked us out. I miss sitting on the dock watching the manatee and fishing. The location was great. It is a quiet neighborhood close to everything you would need. Thank you Jill and would definitely stay with you again if we vacation in Bradenton again.

***** It was a WOW experience in this house. From the moment you enter you feel the warmth of a cozy home, with inspirational messages on the walls, and a simple but beautiful decoration. I rented this house for a family reunion. We were 4 couples, a teenager , a toddler and a infant, and we settled perfectly. The house is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of my family including the child, enjoy reading inspirational books available. There were also board games and puzzles. One of the things we enjoyed the most was having a BBQ next to the pool. Some of my family enjoyed kayaking, others tried fishing, although they didn't get anything, lol... and others rode the bikes; all this provided in the house. Jill was always in contact with me, answering my questions fairly quickly in a very respectful manner. When we did the check-out and before returning to our respective homes we went to see the famous and wonderful beaches of Ana Marias Island, which is quite close to the house. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jill. I am already recommending this house to my friends because I know they will not regret it.

We had a very nice stay at this home which is perfectly located to Anna Maria Island and all Bradenton beaches. There were five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. We liked the layout with the master suite being to one side and the other four bedrooms being on the otherside. We enjoyed the pool area overlooking the dock and canal. Having access to the garage was an added bonus as well. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained and conviently located to shopping and restaurants.

Great place for old friends reunion

5 College friends celebrating their 60th. Perfect place for us. Everyone had their own bedroom and there were 3 full baths. Beautiful pool and dock down by the bayou. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
