Paradise Retreat with HEATED POOL-- Need We Say More

This beautiful, charming and bright 3 bedroom home with your own private tropical HEATED pool is located in west Bradenton. The large fenced in and private backyard with plenty lounge chairs overlooking the beautiful pristine blue pool and lush landscaping. The brand new resurfaced pool features a large shallow and deep end that will provide you with hours of fun, fun and more fun.

Just minutes to Florida's most famous white sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island and the world famous Siesta Key beach. It is only 5 minutes to the IMG Academy, 15 minutes to Sarasota airport. Close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, nature preserves, golf course, public transportation and Lecom Park ( formerly Mckechnie field ) or Pittsburg Pirates' training camp.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd bedroom has a massage adjustable Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The Dining room has french doors that open to a large screened in Lanai with an outdoor bar. Then when the evening arrives the LED pool light will transform your pool area into a dazzling light show.

Maggie, the vrbo owner/hostess was the best hostess I've ever experienced in all my vrbo stays over 15 years. She was quick to respond and answer questions. She gave us many amazing suggestions for local activities and spots to visit. The home was clean, had all the best amenities needed, and the pool was lovely - very warm for Dec evening swimming. The home was PERFECT for our family of 6 and conveniently located to the majority of the this we did. Maggie and her home definitely made this stay feel like we were home away from home.

Cute Place

We were in town overnight for an athletic competition and this place had everything we needed, just wished we got to spend more time here. We brought our senior dog and the backyard was more than spacious. Communication with the property manager was great. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

This property was perfect for us and our 2 Labrador retrievers. Spacious, clean, privacy fence completely enclosed backyard and host had dishes and treats ready for the pups arrival. The pool was well kept, clean and several pool & beach toys were available to use. Great neighborhood for walking the dogs and felt safe going for a jog.The appliances were all in good working condition. Kitchen was great for making our food and with grocery store 5 minutes away, it was very convenient. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Very easy to work with. This is a great place for families with kids and or fur babies.

Relaxing stay

The heated pool gave the house a feeling of holidays. Inside it was very quiet and relaxing. We had many amenities and space. Everything was clean. When we needed something or something was broken, the property manager answered very quickly and fixed the problem. The only minus was the noise from the street and from the installation to filter and heat the pool. Shopping for everyday was very near. Thank you Maggie!!

Great Place, Great Hospitality

This was the perfect place for our family to stay at during our vacation. It was very clean and everything that you could need was supplied in the house (pool toys, towels, toiletries, dishes, laundry essentials, kids toys/board games, extra blankets, etc). The neighborhood was quiet and was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and it was close to multiple beaches. Maggie was an incredible host; her hospitality was beyond amazing! Tropical storm Debby happened in the middle of our stay, but the house held up nicely and Maggie made sure to check on us and our wellbeing. She was even kind enough to leave me a little birthday present. Maggie’s property may just become our go-to place to stay at when we travel to Florida. I highly recommend staying here! :)

Paradise Retreat stay

My wife and I stayed Apr 25 - May 2, 2024. There may comments on be on a busy road, and while that's true, it did not bother us at all, and I would rather have the street next to the house than another house. The neighborhood was very quiet (people, not cars) and the house behind is very close and sound travels over the fence. The house is a little older with only 1 bathroom, which was fine for the 2 of us. We really liked the screened in porch and the chairs in and out were comfortable. There were many items in the garage to use in the pool, but we also took chairs to the beach when went. The pool was very nice with both steps and a ladder. We thought the location was just about perfect for eating in Bradenton or going to Anna Maria Island. We would not hesitate to stay there again in a future visit.
