  • Beautiful Single Family Ground Floor 3 bedroom/2 Bath Pool home, sleeps 8 comfortably . King in the Master, Queen in the guest room and Full/Twin and trundle in third bedroom. Fully fenced yard PET FRIENDLY , with $150.00 non refundable fee. Bring your boat and trailer, plenty of room, as well as covered parking. This property is just a mile away from the public boat ramp. Close to shopping, schools, Robinson Preserve and just 4 miles to Anna Maria Island. Large kitchen with counter bar, stainless appliances, as well as a formal dining area for family entertaining. The family room has very comfortable reclining chairs and a large Smart Flat screen TV's, Free WI-FI, with Ruku for extra channels. Laundry room with full washer and dryer. Pool area has plenty of seating, with grilling/picnic area, outside shower. Pool area is gorgeous and a great place to relax, please note it is not heated.
    BRING YOUR BOAT or just fish from the dock right around the block.
