This beautiful & newly renovated house is located in a quiet neighborhood inside University Park Country Club gated community.
This home comes with new appliances, new furniture, modern electric fireplace, 2 king beds, 2 pullout sofas, queen/full, 2 large smart TVs, and cable Wi-Fi.
Living room has gorgeous pool & nature views through oversized sliding doors and opens up to large lanai with private swimming pool and hot tub, overlooking the lake.
This is the perfect home for you to enjoy your vacation in Sarasota with your friends or family!

Wonderful property

The house and pool were both very clean, we had all the kitchen utensils we needed. The bathrooms were well stocked the beds were clean and comfortable. We loved our stay overall! The host was immediately responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely home in quiet, gated, community

House is open, airy, well taken care of. The pool and hot tub were in great condition. Paid for pool heat, excellent. Played tennis or pickle most days in a public park about 3 miles away (not the University Park Country Club courts we did not have access to them) . The two bedrooms are large and look nice. The 3rd bedroom, which is a den with a pullout,was great for us, because we work remotely. Enjoyed the rental a lot.

Perfect Vacation Home

The house is oerfect. Spacious. Loved the kichen. Quiet fated community so clise to restaurants. Shopping and many manu great golf courses. Thr area is lovely to walk in. One of nicest on Sarasota. Victor was orompt to answer all our questions. Will definitely recommend this house and hope to go back next year

Nice time..

Spacious home with beautiful pool overlooking pond. Great location for retail, grocery and day trip destinations. Our host Victor was very responsive to various questions we had. Just one glitch, there were no window coverings in the 2 small windows high above the master bed which made it difficult to watch tv with the glare of the sun. Overall wonderful time with hopes of returning. Ciao.

Sarasota sunshine

This was a terrific home! The pool and spa were so relaxing. The golf course is excellent! The home was spotless and well supplied. The outdoor kitchen was used well by us! We were lucky with perfect February weather! The only thing that gave me pause was this home was listed as three bedroom. But the sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Other mattresses were very comfortable! Thank you for sharing your home!
