As seasoned Superhosts and Preferred Hosts, we specialize in creating seamless vacations for large families. Unlike others, we don't just cram beds into rooms and claim to accommodate large groups. With years of experience hosting homes for 20+ guests, we understand the challenges involved. For example, we have a tankless water heater, so you never run out of hot water. Our reviews speak for themselves. We've designed the house with various spaces, ensuring you never feel overwhelmed by the group. Whether you seek a private conversation or a break from the crowd, we've got you covered. Our large family also uses this house for vacations, so we know the importance of having areas for solitude as well as spaces for everyone to gather and make memories together.

***Beach Supplies***
We currently have 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, & a cooler, which is all subject to change.

***Beach Towels***
We now provide 12 beach towels. This is a new courtesy, but we do require that you wash and fold these after you use them. If they are not cleaned, the cleaners will charge you an additional cleaning fee of $100 to cover the additional time for cleaning. Missing beach towels will be billed at $40 each.

***Other supplies***
- Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
- Dish liquid, and dish washer soap
- We supply liquid laundry detergent
- 4 garbage bags (extras inside each kitchen trash bin)
- 2 rolls of paper towels per kitchen
- At Least 6 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

***Pets***
We allow dogs for a fee of $50 per night per dog.

Maximum 2 dogs that are less than 50 pounds. We do not allow cats or other animals. There is a separate pet agreement that you must sign, and all pets must be approved before booking. If they are not preapproved, we may cancel your reservation without a refund. No animals are to be left alone in the house at any time unless they are crated.

***Baby Supplies***
We have a full-size regular crib in addition to a playpen travel crib. We also have a highchair, outlet protectors, sippy cups, and baby silverware & plastic plates. There is a baby safety fence that can be removed from the pool, and door alarms that can be set to Off, Chime, or Alarm when opened.

Outdoor projector & screen, and Paddle Board are free but require a separate agreement and security deposit.

Located about 10min to Anna Maria Island and beaches or 2 minute walk to the amazing GT Brey park, featuring basketball, dog park, playgrounds, frisbee golf, skate park, pickle ball courts, softball/baseball fields, hiking and more. You will feel the Floridian lifestyle immediately upon arrival!

Perfect Place - Will Be Coming Back!!!
We were looking for a place that could accommodate our family (16 total), in Florida that was somewhere close to the beach, and also a home that was actually spacious enough so we wouldn't feel claustrophobic (lol). We sure chose the PERFECT PLACE!!! The layout of the house is even better than what is described! We didn't even feel like we needed to go anywhere because the house was so much fun! Tony the owner of the property, was awesome, and so kind!

"Our stay exceeded all expectations. Tony was exceptionally attentive, from easy checkin to the dedicated house website. The house is fully stocked—crib, games, kitchenware, you name it. Despite appearing small from the outside, this home is HUGE!!! There are so many places to hang out, we never felt like there were 20 people in the house. The enormous multi-screen TV was perfect for nightly movies. The decor is bright & screams vacation fun with a retro, tropical vibe. It’s only a few minutes to the beach on AMI, the house is also close to shopping and dining options. This stay was organized to perfection and we can't wait to return!"

"We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Tony was an extremely responsive host from start to finish. We were a group of 13 with 7 teenagers so we appreciated the extra space and access to two kitchens. We took full advantage of all of the surrounding areas and visited multiple beaches (Anna Maria, Siesta Key, Coquina, Manatee). We also went to Sarasota three times for various shopping, dining and excursions. The location is central to all of this. The house was clean; the pool was very enjoyable and the kids loved the massive TV and space. If you’re looking for a great place with quick access to Anna Maria Island but also close opportunities to be more adventurous, this is the place! We had an incredible stay."

"The home was gorgeous and spacious, my family and I will most definitely be staying Again. Not to mention the most responsive, caring, and self efficient host I have ever had. The day I had arrive Anthony messaged me to make sure my welcoming was excellent. The pool was amazing with a nice firepit for the family to relax around and catch up and just when you thought it couldn’t get better we would all gather up in the theater room to end the night with a movie. I have to say I fell in love with the home."

“We enjoyed our stay in this eclectic, well decorated home. The rooms were spacious and kitchen beautiful. The ice maker (with Sonic style ice) was a big hit with our teens. The decorations are cheery, fun and tropical. The owners were great and very communicative. I liked the security lights and signs, since I was traveling alone with young girls. This house is situated about 1 mile between Manatee Ave and Cortez Rd, which both offer ample restaurants, convenient, grocery, pharmacy, and hardware stores. Walmart, Target (Nov 2023), Publix, Whole Foods, Winn Dixie, CVS, Walgreens and Home Depot are all between 1-3 miles away.
