Great location for tournaments/visits to IMG!

Great long weekend stay while my daughter had a lacrosse tournament at IMG! Super convenient, extremely comfortable and a great option for families! Wish we were there for a longer stay :-)

Relaxing family getaway

We had a great stay at this house & had plenty of room for all 12 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. When we had a small issue at the rental our host Jackie was quick to respond & even provided us with breakfast the next day. All the beds were comfortable and the home was beautiful. The home is close to just abt anything you’d need esp the beach. We’d def book again.

Loved our relaxing winter vacation!

The property was so clean & beautiful! They thought of everything. The rooms were large & comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The back porch was fabulous! The property was in a convenient & quiet area that doesn't require a lot of driving to grocery stores & shopping. We were just a short drive to the beaches. Jackie is a wonderful host! We already want to go back.

Son's Wedding

The house is absolutely beautiful. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), well stocked , very nice lanai, big backyard, gas grill, the owner came right away when there was a small issue - she is Very nice. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay. Looking forward to staying there again.

A week at Christmas

We really enjoyed this home. It’s just been remodeled, has everything you need in a great location. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Everything you need for fun is provided including with beach gear and games. Just a few miles from the beach. Hosts are wonderful and accommodating.

Beautuful home in a quiet neighborhood

The property was awesome! It is close to everything. It was easy to communicate with our hostess. Most everything is provided including beach chairs, towels, and games. It has a huge fenced in backyard and screened in porch. Will definitely book again if we are in the area!

2024 Family Vacation

The property was more than we expected. Beautiful home with plenty of room for all 11 of us. The 3 bathrooms were a gem to have. Especially since we had teenage boys AND girls. Jackie was so sweet the whole time. We have been to Florida many times, but this is by far one of our favorite homes to stay in. Will definitely be back.

Feels like Paradise

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was amazing. Comfortable beds, clean and just everything a family could need to enjoy and relax. We love the back yard so that our puppies could run around. The owner Jackie is amazing. So glad to meet her. She is fabulous!! We will definitely rent from her again. The house is spacious and beautiful. If your looking for a rental, pick this one. You will love it. We loved it so much we didnt want to leave.

Bradenton and sunshine

The property was very clean which was a top priority. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, matching the description offered online. We especially enjoyed the back porch.A suggestion for those packing for future visits, bring personal soap and shampoo items. We are all so used to having some available upon arrival that we made an assumption. Yes, we all some with us, but not enough.No worries, stores are super close by. We utilized the showers without incident (smile).

This property was truly a charm! Spacious rooms with king size and queen size beds that were immaculately clean and super comfortable! This home was recently renovated with a sweet touch at every corner - we truly loved it! Large screened porch at the back with plenty of lounging space.The kitchen was modern with a variety of cookware and useful appliances. Many games and entertainment were discovered in the family room and a t.v was provided in every room for your viewing pleasure. The neighborhood was just a skip away from the beaches, restaurants and shopping boutiques. The owner Jackie was a pleasure and easy to communicate with; made sure we were satisfied throughout our visit. Don't wait guys, book it!

A clean and wonderful newly renovated property

Fantastic Stay. The host, Jackie was excellent to work with and terrific to communicate with. The property itself is super clean, well decorated and fully stocked. We wanted for nothing. The appliances were new and the master bath was a 10/10. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were new and felt like your own. Not that hotel icky feel. There is not too much more to say other than if your in the Sarasota/Bradenton area you must consider staying here. It's a hidden gem and you can tell the host takes pride in the property. We were there for an IMG event and the location is perfect; campus in 7 minutes, stores in 8 minutes and Anna Marie Island in 10 for amazing sunsets. Cheers Jackie! You have an amazing place.

Wonderful and clean vacation house

This home was beyond what I expected. My husband and myself, our son and daughter in law, and an adult grandson arrived with no trouble entering the home. The kitchen was furnished with all necessary appliances and they were the top of the line. The only item that I would recommend adding is a blender. My husband tried to fix your cabinet shelf on the right side of oven. The plugs would not stay in the slots. The king size beds in all 3 BR were great. The 4th BR had bunk beds that were full size. A welcome surprise. Our bedroom was extra large and so was the bathroom. It had a walk in shower. Our sons bath had a combination unit as did the 3 rd bathroom. It was magnificant to have a new top of the line washer and dryer also. The living room held 2 couches and 2 love seats. There were TV's in each bedroom. But the smaller master unit did not have a remote. Best of all was the screened in patio with the awesome trees in the back yard. The patio was huge and decorated with lights. The only thing missing was a nice pool in the huge yard. Thanks for letting us stay. I'm enclosing a couple of photos.
