  • This beautiful, completely remodeled and roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is the closest villa to the beach. There is queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest room and a sofabed. Well equipped with a washer/dryer.

    Attached carport provides covered parking.

    The complex is located near shopping and many local eateries! The Siesta Key Trolley provides free transportation from one end of the key to the other.

Winter in Siesta Key

While this was a beautifully decorated Villa, the owners were/are very neglectful of their property, the floors were filthy, and there were several other minor problems that management took care of immediately. But this unit adverted a patio - NO outside furniture! And we couldn't fully open the blinds without moving furniture! Villa felt like a tomb. Also, the Condo does not allow you to move their chairs anywhere near to the beautiful ocean, which is 1 reason we were there, and of course this villa did not supply chairs!
