Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Garden House has everything you need for a short or long term stay. We are conveniently located just 10 mins from Bradenton Beach and Sarasota Airport.

Garden House is peaceful, stylish and central to everything Bradenton! Enjoy the private front yard space and the outdoor pergola area after a long day of adventuring!

The entire space is private and for your use.

I love interacting with my guests but our interaction is totally up to you! If you need anything at all - or just looking for some recommendations please feel free to reach out! Sometimes I am on site tending to my garden or taking care of some things, if I see you I`ll be sure to say hi!

Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood with some commercial buildings across the street.

It is possible to get around by Uber only however, I recommend renting a car for getting around and exploring

This home is a duplex, however garden house is an entirely separate structure and is completely private. The only time you may see your neighbor is in the driveway as it is only separated by some Palm trees.

Please note the check in time is 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready. Most times, I am able to send the check in around 3pm however It is never a guarantee. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible.

Friendly Reminders Before Your Stay:

Third-Party Bookings:
If you’re booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance. We’ll need their full name, phone number, and a valid photo ID before approval. While your own Airbnb account is verified, a third-party guest is not—so this extra step ensures safety and compliance for everyone. Many hosts do not allow third-party bookings, but we’re happy to accommodate them with proper verification.

Damages & Responsibility:
Please treat the home with care during your stay. The booking guest is responsible for any damages, late checkouts, or additional cleaning required.
This includes plumbing issues caused by flushing foreign objects, excessive toilet paper, or baby wipes. If a plumber is needed to remove a clog or restore service, the cost of that visit will be billed to you as damage reimbursement.

Pets:
We love hosting furry friends! Please let us know before arrival so we can include the pet fee(s), which covers the extra cleaning care they require.

The fee is per pet—if you’re bringing more than one, we’ll manually request the additional fee after your booking is confirmed.

If a pet arrives unannounced or undocumented, a $300 fee will automatically apply after check-in.

Cancellations:
This reservation is non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your plans in case something unexpected comes up.

Smoking:
The home is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is welcome outside only—please use designated areas and dispose of butts responsibly. A minimum $500 fee applies for indoor smoke remediation.

Extended Stays (29+ Days):
Stays over 29 days must be requested and approved in advance. We’ll require your photo ID, email address, and a signed lease agreement confirming your check-in and check-out dates.

No security deposit is required; however, there is a $365 private insurance cost that will be requested after booking.

Your reservation is not fully secure until the lease and ID are received.

Garden House.

The bed was not comfortable. A dresser in the master bedroom would be a nice improvement. The kitchen was excellent as was the bathroom with the walk-in shower. The host responded to our check in and was very helpful.

We had a great time!! The cottage gets my 3 C’s recommendation; clean comfortable and convenient! We especially enjoyed the patio area with solar lights.
