  • Take in all that the Gulf Coast has to offer in this completely renovated home located in the quiet and safe residential community of the Spanish Park Section of W Bradenton. Upon arrival, easily access your unit with a keyless secure door code with no need for an in-person key exchange. This code will be yours for the duration of your stay. The home will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy.

    Whether your group prefers pools or beaches this modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you will need to experience this historic area. Not only will you enjoy the newly screened in, resurfaced, in-ground heated pool, but you will love it's proximity to all the area attractions ideal for all types of recreational activities. For the beach goers, Anna Maria Island is just 6 miles away. If you're into kayaking or hiking, you can enjoy the beautiful Robinson Preserve and if golfing is your thing, there are plenty of golf courses to choose from. Bradenton's historic downtown and Riverwalk are also near by with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars to indulge in. After a day or night out on the town, return to the comfort of your private home.

    - Master bedroom with kings size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen smart TV and
    ceiling fan
    - Master bathroom has 2 sinks and walk-in shower, all linens and
    towels are included with your stay
    - Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan
    - Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, flat screen smart TV and ceiling fan
    - Common area bathroom is located outside bedrooms 2 & 3 and all linens and
    towels are included with your stay.
    - Living room with queen size, memory foam sleeper, sitting area, ceiling fan and
    a 70" flat screen smart TV with cable
