Long weekend stay.

The home is exactly as described, lovely and clean. Great location for visiting Bradenton, close enough to the city but in a quiet area. It takes about 15 minutes to get to LeComm stadium, the Riverwalk,and the Historical Village. Would love to visit again.

I enjoyed my stay, off the beaten track. The property was remote from all the commercial activities, yet still close enough to be in the heart of things within a few minutes. The cottage provided all the amenities of a home away from home, with an ample kitchen and laundry room.

WONDERFUL PLACE

Beautiful property, quiet, extremely clean. Provided with everything needed plus more. Cable TV, DVD, lots of dvd movies and books. Lovely owner. Loved every minute of our stay. More than advertised.

Cute little cabin

Cutest little cabin! Like stepping* back in time, lots of ornaments and Knick knacks, books, movies and very spacious living areas. Huge yard with wild peacocks and little bunnies coming to visit. Easy to get to, a little far from the beaches but a pretty drive . Linda was very sweet and approachable and we had everything we needed. My grandson thought this place was awesome!! Sandy & Wayne

Baseball Getaway

We (family of 3) came to the area for a days-long baseball tournament. We needed a roomy space and somewhere with a washer & dryer. This place fit the bill. A “home away from home,” with all the conveniences we needed. Warm, cozy, and nostalgic-feeling. Kinda like you’re staying at your great-aunt’s house. The property is in a very rural area, yet minutes from anything you could possibly need. The peacocks on the property are beautiful! Linda (host) is very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Roaches

Terrible. Kitchen was awful. Roaches in the silverware drawer and on the counter. Tub would not drain and my husband had to plunge it out. The place had to much stuff everywhere. Clean and less stuff would be better. Linda did give us our money back except for the night we stayed. We had to move to a hotel. Sad and inconvenient to had to move. Would not recommend.

Perfect little cottage with an array of things to do. Came to visit family and was able to enjoy a relaxing evenings. Love the fact that the cottage was smoke free as well as pet free. My asthma don't allow me to travel just anywhere and this was an amazing stay. Would visit again, need more of these options for people with health issues like mine.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und geräumig. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren vielfältig in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Peaceful

The property is super quiet and there are wild peacocks roaming around. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves there so much. The owner is extremely nice and helpful.

Cute Little Cottage

We stayed for four nights. It’s a little ways from town but within a few minutes you are near major highways, restaurants, etc. hostess was lovely and the peacocks were an added treat.

Love this place

Beautiful cottage in Bradenton and minutes from everything in the area. Loved all of it. Quiet and comfortable, and the bird watching sitting outside was fun, especially all of the peacocks. Everything we needed, clean, and felt like we were right at home. Great!

Had privacy with a nice outdoor location. The inside had very little natural light, but plenty of lights. The yard fence was not in place d/t hurricane, but will be replaced.

Needs some work

Booked 3 nights, left after 2 nights.We met the owner when we arrived. She let us in and was very kind. Forgot to give us the Wifi info which could have been posted in the check in system notes. Not a big deal. -Didn’t feel comfortable taking our shoes off. Seemed to feel degree unswept or vacuumed. -bathroom smelled and should be cleaned around the toilet better. Also plaster or toothpaste on sink handle. -there is scented timed spray that seems to be there to cover up smells. -some sort of white powdrer and traps near couch. -couch is in rough shape and is very dingy-microwave was splattered inside. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this really did put a cramp in my trip. Had to get a hotel room that was very expensive for the last night in town.
