Back inside, rest your legs on the chesterfield sofa or lay back in the comfy couch. During downtime, watch your favorite show on the 58" Smart TV with cable. Put on your bathing suit and go for a refreshing swim in the community pool!

Try out new recipes in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space. Serve up a tasty dinner at the wood table and recount the highlights of your day with loved ones.

When you're ready for bed, retreat to the master bedroom to rest on the soft memory foam king bed while watching late-night favorites on the flat-screen Smart TV. The rest of the group will sleep soundly in the other bedroom's queen bed or on the provided full-sized air mattress.

Spend the day at Anna Maria Island, just 10-15 minutes away and offers a beautiful white-sand beach, boutique shops, and delicious seafood restaurants. Wonderful property, great host and would stay again!

The property is as described. It is recently updated, very clean, and very comfortable. We really appreciated that they provided soap, shampoo, extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. The host was great with communication. We would stay again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Perfect for IMG tournaments

My Family and I stayed here for a week long soccer tournament at IMG Academy, and we look forward to returning. The apartment was so clean, and stocked with necessities. Check in and communication was easy. Location of apartment is perfect. A short drive from everything you need, and tucked back far enough away from the main road for quirt afternoons or evenings by the pool.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. This is located in an active construction/ remodeling zone. Dirt road/ drive, and your condo door is 8 feet away from a complete building remodel(that you share a sidewalk and drive with) with all the loud noises, dirt and mud associated. You have to cross the dirt/mud drive to get to the isolated pool area. Inside of the condo wasn’t much better. Foul smell to the condo with multiple things that were broken or in poor or non working condition. The host would reply but expect you to spend your whole vacation at the condo meeting with their maintenance person to resolve THEIR issues. Do not fall for this one, your vacation will be ruined.

We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the apartment was. It had everything we needed for our family of 5, down to a highchair and pack n play. Our trip with small children went much smoother because of good accommodations. The pool was also clean and quiet!

Great condo for small families

We (my husband and I) stayed here with his parents and our 1.5 year old son while we were in town for business. The condo was the perfect size with enough bathrooms for everyone. Check is was really simple and the owner communicated well with us. We put away lamps and decor while there due to my son wanting to carry everything around, but other than that it was a safe and comfortable space for him to play in. Cute updated decor and good size rooms. Fully furnished, had everything we needed to cook with, and enough parking for two vehicles and a 6x12 trailer.
