Located just minutes from gulf beaches & Anna Maria island. Very sought after New Bradenton location. Close to many attractions under a few minute drive. One of Florida and America s favorite destinations. Several beaches within a few minutes drive of village green! Come enjoy some fun in the sun!

3 BEDROOM/2 BATH totally remodeled. . Along with a breakfast bar, the Kitchen features black stainless appliances, cabinets, Granite tops and tile floors. The dining area is open to the living room which features tile floors, couches, a flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a King bed, 2 large closets, tile floors and newly renovated bath. The first guest BR features 2 twin beds, tile floors and a large closet.The second bedroom features a queen bed, tile floors and another large closet. A newly remodeled full bath with a walk in shower and vanity separates the two guest bedrooms. Beautifully landscaped yard with nice patio off rear.

The master bedroom and guest bedroom also have new floors so easy to maintain and get around.

We are close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Beach. Also, for Pickleball enthusiasts, we are 5 minutes from GT Bray park which has many Pickleball courts available.

Wonderful place

This spacious house is located in a perfect location, 5 minutes from GT Bray Pickleball Park and a close drive to all of the wonderful beaches. Very tastefully decorated, too.

Great neighborhood

The house was in a great location and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was perfect for our family and extremely clean. A lot of closet space and plenty of amenities.

The house and all furnishing were beautiful and clean. It was as described in the bio. The neighborhood was very quiet and located near several stores and restaurants. Great place!

Clean and spacious enough for our family of four. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We did not cook much but the kitchen seemed to have all the items we needed. There were plenty of towels. Having a washer and dryer available was a plus. Owner left clear and simple house instructions so we really did not need to communicate with him at all while we were there. We would stay here again!

Great family weekend together

We stayed two nights at this property, four adults and two teenage children. Plenty of room, everything was very clean, comfortable beds. We were even able to keep our cars in the garage. Would definitely recommend this property.
