My family and I enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean, nice decorated and the kitchen has everything we need to cook our meals. The kids loved the pool, which was also very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything! Place was overall great for a family getaway!

Convenient location
House was nicely decorated and clean, excellent location close to shopping and restaurants. Had a couple minor issues but the hosts were super responsive! Yard and pool area could use some updates, but overall we were pleased with our stay.

Close to everything
The house is close to everything! It was fully equipped with everything you could think or need. The only thing missing was a blender. Owners are very communicative with you throughout your whole stay. There was an issue with the mesh in the pool area and they had someone out there fixing it within 30 minutes they arrived and fixed it. The beds are not the most comfortable when you are used to a medium firm hybrid mattress. Even our kids weren’t comfortable with the bed. Also there is a small red ant issue under the carport. Don’t leave your stuff on the floor of the carport, because there will be ants all over it fairly quickly. Otherwise the house was perfect for our week long stay.

This was the most stocked home Ive ever stayed in as far as supplies. But the grounds were not in good shape, the screen over the pool had numerous holes, thus allowing bugs in. And the biggest bummer was no ice machine !

I have been traveling to Florida twice a year for about 20 years. I have rented condos, apartments, villas, Vrbo, Airbnb, hotels and never have I rented somewhere so welcoming and accommodating as this Home. The owners have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable. The house is stocked with everything you need and then some. The pool is amazing and the perfect size. The house was very cute, clean and perfect for our trip. We will definitely be back !

Very nice house with a pool
This house has plenty of space and is well supplied. They have a washer and dryer available for use with detergent provided which is super helpful. The pool looked very nice but we didn’t have time to try it. Owners were extremely responsive. A previous guest clogged the tub and they came right out to fix it. The only thing warranting the 4 for cleanliness is the floors were very sticky and the counters were greasy. I’m guessing it’s cleaner residue but was unpleasant. Overall a very good stay.

Great find!
We enjoyed our time here! Our hosts were great and communication was excellent. The house was a great size and we had plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. We were able to prepare meals very easily because we had everything needed including some of the basic spices. We enjoyed the lanai very much when the weather cooperated but we weren't brave enough to test out the pool as it wasn't warm enough for us. A bonus for us was the gas grill. The beaches of AMI were approximately a 15 minutes drive but you have to leave early (by 10) or the length of time it takes could double. Be sure to visit one of the many preserves in the area. We love Robinsons, Perico and Emersons. We also enjoyed the Pittsburgh pirates spring training game at LECOM field. I would not hesitate to return here if we return to the area. Baseball at the IMG Academy
We had a wonderful 3-day weekend of baseball at the IMG Academy and this home was the ideal accommodation for the two of us. It was conveniently located near a grocery store and various restaurants, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We would definitely recommend this place to others and stay here again in the future.

Yay! Just Right for your Bradenton Stay!
In a word, lovely! The photos in profile don't do justice. From booking to check out, this rental was one of my favorite VRBO experiences. The home is situated beautifully -- tucked in on a corner lot offering privacy while not being isolated. The layout of the home is ideal -- flowing from a welcoming, well-equipped kitchen to a inviting dining area with the main living/family space adjacent that boasts a comfy couch, love seat, big chair, and large smart TV. From there, you are treated to broad and high sliding doors opening to the well-appointed veranda with leisurely seating, table & chairs, and THE POOL (with floaties) -- all enclosed (top & sides) keeping pests at bay. AND, the doors allow lots of natural light into the main living area. From there you head to the generous sized, thoughtfully decorated and comfy bedrooms with nice bedding/linens. Plenty of room for everything you packed to be tucked away in the ample closets (with lots of hangers!) and chests of drawers. The bathroom is cute and clean too! Overall, the house was exceptionally clean with just the right touches of decor and personality. The home is cozy and in a very convenient location near main routes, every type of shopping, and a wide range of restaurants. And of course, proximity to beaches and recreation is ideal as well. Hosts are very responsive. This home is a well-priced, practical, welcoming gem that is a great place to make memories. I hope to visit again. Don't hesitate to book here!

This property is located not so far from anything you need like stores and beaches. Property was looking as advised, clean and neat. Pool is nice addition to the whole picture.
