The completely remodeled condo called "Summer Winds" sits in the highly sought after complex of Runaway Bay! This community offers such an array of amenities you may not even leave the grounds! It features one of the largest heated pools on AMI, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Shuffle Board and Bocce Ball courts, a fitness center, and a Kayak launch area. This particular unit has beach access directly across the street and is conveniently located near trolley stops, restaurants and bars.

This ground floor unit comfortably sleeps six, with a king size bed in the main bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Summer Winds has an updated kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, and both a Keurig and auto drip coffee maker. The living room has an open, coastal feel with a large TV for those cozy evenings in. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. There is a nice supply of items for the beach or pool such as beach chairs, cooler and beach towels, fishing poles and tennis racquets.

Runaway Bay

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and quiet condo complex. Parking right in front of the door. Close to the beach and pool. We had a little trouble with the door code. We had to purchase garbage bags even though we had a short stay and it would have been nice if a couple more were supplied. We also purchased batteries for the tv remotes because it came on the screen that they needed to be replaced, although we didn't see the messages again and just left the batteries for the next visitors.
