Overall excellent property in excellent location. Super clean, including the pool. Minutes to the beach and short walk to several bars and restaurants. Parking onsite is great due to limited parking on island. Only issue with the residence was the blinds are in rough shape and fall off when opening and closing. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Condo is well decorated and very clean they even had beach chairs beach towels and water toys for you to use the master bath door is a shower curtain but overall the condo was very clean and a pleasant stay

The location of the property was perfect. The breathtaking views and easy access to the beach made our stay even more enjoyable. The convenience of the island trolley made getting around simple and stress-free, allowing us to explore everything the island has to offer without worrying about driving. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Great location but overall experience was poor. When we arrived the sliding door to the balcony had been left open and the unit was 83 degrees F with 100% humidity. It took over 4hrs before someone came out to fix it and then took 4 more hours before the condo started to cool down. Our first day was not enjoyed. Separately, the fridge was very warm - according to instructions we were asked to wait 24hrs for the fridge to cool down. The next day it was still warm - we reached out to maintenance and they had someone come out and defrost the fridge however that did not work and we again notified maintenance and nothing was done. The maintenance man mentioned we would provide a large cooler and ice for us and never returned. We were unable to use the fridge during our entire 1 week trip and had to get our own cooler and ice. Not having a fridge was very inconvenient especially since we booked a condo instead of a hotel specifically to be able to utilize a full kitchen and not have to eat out for every meal.
