9/10 Wonderful! (2,099 reviews)
The room is significantly smaller than expected but if you're just using it as your base of operations in London it's suitable. There is _very_ limited storage space.

Excellent location in a very upscale neighborhood. Apartment was clean with good AC. Washer/dryer was out of service. I reached out to management for repair. They instructed me to send them a video showing them the problem. Internet in apartment is ridiculously slow. I spent an hour looking for a coffee shop to upload the video. Waste of time during a family vacation. After they finally got it, they wanted ME to call their repairman. Really? You want me to schedule a repair for your broken washer in your apartment while I am on vacation with my family? Seriously? I( also requested a mattress cover for the sofa bed since my 14 y/o son and 11 y/o daughter are too old to be sleeping in the same bed. The place is two actual beds and 2 sofa beds. They wanted to charge me for 2nd sofa bed mattress cover even though the second sofa bed had no cover and I paid for 5 people to be in the place. I think location and cleanliness were excellent. The management company needs to do a much better job not being so cheap and stop acting like a bunch of amateurs.

"Room was tired, car park difficult to find a space (8.30pm), long walk to reception potential so maybe if you have mobility issues it is worth considering. Friendly staff, clean room and good selection of tv channels covering many languages. Breakfast was good, selection varied. If your room faces ..."

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,018 reviews)
"On the hotel details on the booking sites, it says 24 hour airport shuttle available. This is a lie. It does not run overnight. I needed to head to T5 at about 4am and it doesn’t start until 5:30. I was asked if I needed help with transport so said what time does the shuttle run as I need to leave ..."
