The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. "The hotel’s garden surrounds are stunning, especially in the summer. The room itself was decent, with a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. However, the only downside was the staff at the bar. We ordered a bottle of wine and were given small glasses. We politely requested larger ones but were still given two different sizes. It felt like she wasn’t particularly enjoying her job and there was no friendly interaction during the transaction. On the other hand, the receptionist at reception was lovely, with a warm smile and a helpful attitude."
