"Newer, more modern property, absolutely perfect! Room was amazing with automatic blinds, huge shower, nice view to the vineyards, great need. Porsche decor and a Porsche dealer attached to Hotel. It's near the business area so not a lot for walking distance but right beside the trains so worked great!"

It was very loud when cleaning, I think their cleaning supplies were broken and you could hear an annoying screeching sound throughout the morning."

Staff overall not helpful. I paid for included breakfast, and was no issue the first 3 days, but the fourth day, it was all of a sudden a problem and I was berated into paying for breakfast twice. Staff rarely present/available, and when they were there, they were overall not helpful. I would not go back. Location is good, but not enough to make up for poor service. There was also no fridge or safe in the room, I found that unacceptable."

"This a beautiful hotel and the staff is extremely friendly, particularly the bar staff, Joel and Shidu. The food was also very good and plentiful. We struggled with the A/C in our room, as it sat at 27°C most of the time and we were terribly uncomfortable. We visited during a heatwave, so we understand that this was not normal, but we were surprised that we couldn't lower the temperature at all to help accommodate us more. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and I recommend it!"
