"We booked the hotel on Expedia around 10pm by 11:30pm we were at the hotel. We were not able to check in since there was nobody at the reception. We called the number provided, only to see the phone ringing at the reception but nobody to answer it. So we were left without hotel and 3 small children in the car. Obviously money was deducted from our account and now we have to chase the refund. I would be careful booking this hotel!!!"

"Un super logement, propreté irréprochable, bien équipé, Propriétaires très agréables. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien, comme à la maison. Le plus, c'est la situation centrale par rapport aux châteaux (point d'intérêt pour nous) Et la proximité des commerces (très dynamiques) tout se fait à pied. Mention spéciale pour la boulangerie juste en face du logement. Un vrai bijou, cette petite Riolle ! Merci, une belle adresse à partager sans modération."

"Delightful little hotel. The lady on reception who checked us in was incredibly helpful- she helped us adjust our booking to make things easier during our stay as well as advised the easiest way to get to Chambord and gave us good dinner recommendations. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was functional but was on the small side. Breakfast had a good variety of items including breads, cheese/meats and eggs that you could cook to your liking. Incredibly conveniently located for the castle and walking into Blois town"
