IDEAL FAMILY HOUSE

House ideally located in the heart of a village with shops (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants, bar, swimming pool ...) in a very quiet street, close to the castles of the Loire (Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Villesavin ...), perfect for walks (La Sologne bike), the Beauval Zoo, but also your family reunion.
It is composed as follows: a large living room fully open to a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster ...) a dining room with wood stove (provided free) a living room overlooking a courtyard in private (garden furniture, barbecue).
A bedroom with private bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: A mezzanine with sofa for 2 people, board games, books, TV and DVD, serving 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bedroom with 1 bed 2 people. A bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
Baby equipment is also available on site (cot, high chair)
Rent from 2 nights.
We ask 30% on booking and the balance one month before arrival.
If you arrive is less than a month, we ask for the entire stay.
Cleaning is optional: 50 €

Gîte très agréable, soigné, décoré avec goût où tout a été conçu, pensé, pour y accueillir une famille dans le confort et le bien-être . Le parking et les commerces à proximité ( à qqs mètres ) sont un plus. Conseil : Pensez à apporter lessive, produit vaisselle, savon mains et espèces pour paiement location draps et serviettes .

Gite très agréable, bien équipé situé au cœur du village et proche des commerces accessible à pied. Le stationnement est facile à 2 pas de la maison. Le château de Cheverny est à 15 min en voiture et Chambord à 10 min. Propriétaire sympathique et réactive nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Juste une petite chose à améliorer : le chauffe est assez petit il faut le mettre en marche forcé pour que tout le monde se douche à l'eau chaude.

Le logement en lui-même est très comfortable et moderne. Néanmoins, cette qualité apparente s'accompagne de frais cachés. Par exemple, le linge et les servettes étaient complémentaires. De plus, des frais assez élevés (€50) se sont imposés pour le "ménage". En conclusion, ce fut un logement comfortable avec beaucoup de frais dont nous n'avions pas la connaissance dans la description du logement.
