"We loved the ambiance of the property. It was nice to be close to the village of Barolo but in a country setting just outside. Rafaella is soo nice and welcoming! We enjoyed hearing her family history there and her involvement in the wine industry. She made us feel right at home and we enjoyed her wine very much. Loved her friendly

One minus: the spa is not free of charge (this should be said in the description in hotels.com) and it costs the ludicrous amount of 60 euros for 50 minutes. Despite that, a much recommended hotel.
