Additionally, you are a mere 5 minutes to one of Bozeman locals favorite trailhead, Sypes Canyon!

The Space:
Enjoy your getaway with family and friends with two spacious bedrooms, both encompassing queen beds. There are two additional build in bunk beds that share the master bedroom. There are two luxurious leather sofas to relax in and get lost exploring your favorite novel. Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful solid wood dining table to showcase your latest feast. Unbeknown to the eye, the black built in kitchen cabinets are fully equipped with all of the necessities to cook your favorite weekend breakfasts or dinners. Finally, the two bathrooms are stocked with washroom basics, modern gold fixtures and high ceilings with full showers.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the home through the front door utilizing a keycode for their stay. The driveway provides sufficient space for two to three vehicles depending on your groups size.

The Neighborhood:
This lovely mountain neighborhood stays quite quiet and is occupied primarily with full time residents of Bozeman.

Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors. We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.

These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.
