It is situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from Montana State University and the Museum of the Rockies while only being 4 miles from Downtown Bozeman.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home can comfortably sleep a family of 5 and has a gorgeous open concept layout on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and mounted tv and includes a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, double vanity and brand new, modern fixtures! The second bedroom comes furnished with two twin beds and the third bedroom has one twin bed with a desk and tv conveniently located in the room.

This condo also comes equipped with a one-car garage, a living room fireplace, washer/dryer, and a second-floor balcony! Plus, this unit is on the corner of the complex, which means there are only neighbors on one side.

In the winter, nearby Bridger Bowl is a local's favorite for downhill skiing with 350 inches of snow on average, 8 lifts, and 2,000 skiable acres! You can also drive to Big Sky for even bigger downhill skiing or cross-country ski at Lone Mountain Ranch, voted #1 Nordic Ski Resort in North America. Looking for more thrills? Check out ice climbing in the Hyalite Canyon. After a day of adventuring, relax at Bozeman Hot Springs or hit the town! Off to a rocky start

Reason I book through VRBO is that all fees are disclosed up front. A few days before we were to check in I was advised that to get the checkin access I needed to pay for a mid stay cleaning. We have been on the road for a year and have always left the premises as clean if not cleaner than when we checked in. No mid month outside cleaning necessary Also informed that a weekly inspection would be necessary. When we arrived the recycle bin was filled to the brim and the bbq hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Just very off putting We enjoyed our stay, needless to say. The area was eminently livable. The condo was soundproof
