This "Grand Ventures" home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious and well appointed kitchen with a second kitchenette, two living areas, an outdoor balcony with BBQ grill, that is perfect for your next Montana vacation. Only minutes away from several public fly-fishing access points on the Gallatin River, and a short drive to town, you aren't far from all of the wonderful recreational adventures Montana has to offer coupled with the convenience of town. Wi-Fi included.

Two of the five bedrooms located on the third/top floor are gorgeous master suites. Each bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, custom closet and a spa-like attached bathroom, each unique in their own way. One bathroom is shared with the main living and dining areas.

On the second level there are three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a king. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and custom closet. A third full bathroom is located on the second level.

On the third/top level, enjoy a spacious kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances, gas range, plenty of storage and a large island that opens up to the dining room and living room. Off of the dining room is a balcony with BBQ grill.

On the second floor there is a second kitchen with stainless steel appliances which opens into another living room with a reclining sofa and a large TV.

"Grand Ventures" is located in Four Corners, a neighborhood on the west side of Bozeman. It is approximately a ten minute drive to Downtown Bozeman or Belgrade and fifteen minutes from the airport or MSU. Only minutes to the closest public fishing access point on the famed Gallatin River, and only a short drive to the Madison, Yellowstone and Jefferson Rivers. The Biggest Skiing in America, at Big Sky Resort is about an hour away. Try out the local ski hill, Bridger Bowl, which is about thirty or so minutes from this property. Yellowstone National Park is nearby, as are natural hot springs, horseback riding, white water-rafting, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, rock/ice climbing, public hunting and so much more. If you are looking for a quieter day, enjoy the wonderful dining and shopping opportunities throughout the Valley.

Property is just as listed! Clean, well appointed, with all the comforts of home! Host was attentive to questions. Close to airport, restaurants and sights! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property. We stayed during Christmas week and it was nice to walk in to see a lighted tree in the bonus room !

Great property and a perfect fit for 5 friends staying near Bozeman. House feels brand new and was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and always prompt. Would definitely base here again on our next trip!

Excellent Four Corners Stay

We really loved this apartment! So easy to get around and get to all the wonderful options in Bozeman. The beds were comfortable, the showers terrific, decorations and furnishings were spot on and I would totally steal these ideas. Plenty of space and ease of use. Kitchen was well stocked with every type of pot pan and utensil we needed. Loved the sink and incredible oven especially. I highly recommend this location. I will say - difficult to find at night because we arrived way later than planned. It took us re-reading the directions twice, but did find it! Also, I didn't like having a real live key instead of a code because we were a lot of people we had to coordinate arrivals and departures. Otherwise, fantastic place!

Such an awesome place!

This place is perfect for a Big Sky/Bozeman getaway! The place has tons of space - two kitchen areas, 5 bedrooms and even a cutie little popcorn machine! Such a fun place for a weekend with friends. Also everything was so beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds are incredibly comfy - one of our friends was looking up the sheets so she could order them when she got home. We had a great stay!

Thanksgiving weekend

Nice Place!

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our larger group. It is new and in good shape. We really enjoyed our stay. Note: beware if staying with anyone that may struggle with stairs. There are two very long stairways to get to the third floor. Thank you!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at New Ventures! The home was exactly what we needed. Our original place that we had booked was canceled on us last minute. Thankfully Susan’s place was available for us! I’m so glad we were able to stay here. It was in the perfect location. Susan was a wonderful host and super easy to contact. My littles absolutely loved the popcorn machine! 10/10 would recommend this property and host!

Great stay in Bozeman, MT!

Words and pictures do not do this place justice! We had such an incredible stay and everyone had the best time. Everything from the house's layout, unique design, and cleanliness to the amazing location made our family/friends stay something to remember forever. The host was very communicative and definitely went above and beyond with all the house amenities including an awesome movie/game room with a working popcorn machine! It was a short drive to MSU and surrounding touristy areas that we ventured out to. I can't say enough good things about the host, property, and location. We are grateful that a house like this was available for our crew (10 people). We are already planning for our next visit. Thanks so much for everything!

Fabulous Family

This was perfect for our stay in Bozeman. We had several families (our four adult children and their kids). There were so many spaces and beds that we didn't feel cramped. Everything was clean and well taken care of. It really was perfect. The only down side of staying here was that our time was too short. We didn't get to try out the pop corn maker for a movie night. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb vacation rental

Easy, prompt communication with the manager. The place feels luxurious beyond its pricetag. Bedrooms and baths were all comfortable and immaculate. Big reclining sofa set and old timey popcorn machine were fun touches to the common area. probably the best equipped kitchen of any rental I've ever stayed at and there was plenty of room for our group of 9 to cook and eat. New construction (we saw neighboring units with fridges and stoves in boxes, staged for installation) in what seemed to be a newly developing area. There are some restaurants and retail nearby, but if you're looking for more of that, you'll need to go to downtown bozeman about 15minutes' drive. Great location relative to the airport and big sky resort. There's also a short trail across the street that takes you to a scenic view of the gallatin river. Highly recommended!

Location, comfort and immaculate

What a wonderful place!! Great sleeping setup, kitchen and relaxation areas. Easy in and out. Not great parking but still workable. It’s a new and some construction around but quiet at night. If you get mini ventures it’s also an amazing converted garage… you can hear the people above but since it was my family it wasn’t a problem, but I would bring ear plugs. We missed a pizza cutter and muffin tins but we made do with a knife and a cake pan. We did have to borrow a iron from a friend of mine to get ready, again nog a problem for us but good to know. Quite well equipped and I imagine it will get perfected as time goes on but I have no complaints at all one of the best stays I have had and I love and use VRBO lots!! 100% recommend

Nan’s Bach party crew!!

We had a small group of 6 lovely ladies stay at this beautiful town home. It was super clean, brand new and modern furniture and appliances. Had everything we needed and a nice grill which we used and cooked a nice seafood feast! The beds and pillows were super comfy! The downstairs was really nice and coaches were so comfortable. I like the split floors, there are 2 kitchens so if you come with a group and family’s, kids can stay downstairs and adults party upstairs! There was new construction in the area, however the workers were super nice and respectful. Still see amazing views of the mountains. It’s located in an industrial area but it felt super safe and was quiet. Neighbors are all nice and lots of houses/condos around. 18 min from the airport and about 20 min from downtown Bozeman. The owner was super responsive to any questions I had. It was a great location, the interior was decorated really nicely and gave us a little Montana feel we were looking for. The home was super cozy, I would highly recommend staying at this townhome on your next vacation to Montana!!

Awesome stay

Our extended family of 11 people stayed at this condo for a wedding (the wedding facility was within walking distance!). We rented the entire condo —all 3 floors—and it was ideal. Plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. And for long stays like ours (over a week), this was the most well-appointed VRBO that I’ve ever stayed in! It had stock pots for soup, crock pots, plenty of nice serving bowls, all the dinnerware you’d ever need. We only ordered out 1 day!
