  • Charming spacious well-maintained 2-bedroom/2-bathroom (splitted) condo. Valted ceilings. FULLY FURNISHED and EQUIPPED (just bring your personal items!). Modern light fixtures. All newer Samsung appliances. No carpet (laminate and tile). Second floor. Canal view (doesn't face buildings or parking!). You can go fishing right under your balcony! Large screened interior balcony. Washer/dryer inside.
    One assigned parking and lots of guest parking.
    Water, AT&T TV and FIOS internet are included. Tenants only pay for electricity.
    ALL AGES resort-style gated community, beautiful club house with cafe, gym, pool tables, sauna, library, big performance hall, classes, etc. Tennis, pickleball courts. Four HEATED pools.
    20-minute drive to the beach. 5-10-minute drive to Walmart, Publix, Sprouts, Whole Foods.
