This Boynton House is a 3-bedroom 2-bath single family corner home. It has a huge front yard with two driveways. The spacious backyard has a bbq area perfect for chilling and grilling. Inside you'll find the coastal interior is designed to give peace and positive vibes.

You’ll LOVE the close proximity to local beaches and Atlantic Ave where you’ll find amazing restaurants, bars, shops, museums, entertainment, etc. Note: The house is a few minutes away from Bethesda Hospital.

⭐️The family room has a game table, large tv and a super comfortable sectional.
