The private driveway provides easy parking, and the small backyard gives kids room to play. Step out the front door to tree-lined sidewalks for an easy stroll into town.
You're minutes from Lake Charlevoix's beaches and marinas in summer, and a short drive to Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay. Downtown Boyne City is an easy walk away, with local restaurants, shops, and the farmers' market all nearby.
