"NO needs to have fixtures repaired, the window blind was off its track. Breakfast - Ran out too quickly, totally understandable several workers/companies during my stay. Biggest issue - The elevator broke down 2 days into my 4 day stay. I don't mind using the stairs but that had to be resolved quickly for anyone with disabilities/mobility issues. When I left it was still broken."

"This was our second time staying at this home. The host is very gracious and communicates very clearly. The home was clean, well, equipped, and beautifully decorated with a few new furniture pieces since our last stay. Sadly, the pool was undergoing renovation so we were not able to use it. However, the hosted communicate that clearly giving us time to choose choose an alternate location. We love the screened in lanai and the second refrigerator was an extra bonus. We would definitely stay here again."

"There were no air jets in the hot tub, should have been.The advertised grill was not there, the one that was there was broken. All the dining room chairs were loose. Curtain was coming down in the second guest room. Light under the microwave did not work. Ping Pong paddles were broken. Ballards table was loose. "

"Rick was a great host! Very informative with things to do, where to gas and everything in between! House was wonderful, clean and had everything you could need. Great location and the pool was warm. Had a couple mishaps and got a response and fix in no time! Awesome people. We will be back. Thank you so much! "
