"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Larkspur Landing. They had very friendly staff, a variety of breakfast items that were very good, clean room, and I was very happy that they could accommodate my dog. It was extremely peaceful and quiet. I stayed 4 nights, and which I never had any problems sleeping at all. The only thing I would suggest they get more comfortable office chairs for people that work from home. "

"Stay was good. Breakfast was great. There was a very loud disruptive guest that continued for several hours overnight; room phone did not work to call desk to complain over middle of the night. "

"Room was very dirty. Soon as we got there, we went to the pool. About 8 of the 10 towels I grabbed had stains in them. The room had hair trimming all over the bathroom counter, stains all over the bedding and curtains, and you could tell someone threw liquid on the one wall. We had two kids and drove 5 hrs, by the time we saw how gross the room was, it was too hard to move. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered and when I went down, no one was there. I would not stay here or recommend to is to anyone. "

"I worked in the oil and gas industry and have stayed in hundreds of hotels all across the country and this was the absolute worst one ever. Dirty room with ants crawling in the tub, bedbugs that attacked my hands and fingers while I slept, leaving me with painful, itchy, red bumps for a week after. Black crud around the tub and bathroom floor. Staff couldn't care less, and they were only concerned with charging the $100 deposit when I checked in. It took ten minutes to make that happen because the touch screen on the credit card reader was too filthy to accept input. "
