The house is located close to the Corvette Museum. The house has a bell ring outside in the sunroom door for safety purpose.

Nice stay but….

House is fine and furnished everything we needed. However, there was No living area downstairs with a TV for the group to enjoy watching TV (ballgames and such) only in in a room upstairs that has 2 sofa beds that we needed for sleeping too. House is dated and needs some small repairs but those repairs did not hamper our stay. Beds are as follows since I found VRBO description confusing. I queen in bedroom downstairs 2 queens in another bedroom downstairs Two twin beds ina very small bedroom upstairs. One had a trundle bed under it but not really enough room to pull it out and use it. The other room upstairs was like a small den with two sofa beds that when Pulled Out left no room for sitting around to watch TV.

Decent place

The property was decent. Definitely older with lots of bandaids. But plenty of beds and nice for two adults who work remotely to each have a floor they could work on separately. The door didn’t latch shut so you had to lock it to really close it. We had an unexpected kid just walk in our property one day when our car wasn’t in the driveway - that was unwelcome. But the host was responsive and the house served its purpose for us, as we were just in town for a funeral.

As advertised!

Everything was just as advertised. They property manager worked so well with me and was very quick to respond when we needed. Everyone was able to sleep great, showers were great and we appreciated the extra little supplies around the house incase we forgot something. This place was perfect for our stay. 5 stars and would definitely recommend a stay here!! My whole group was happy with this place! We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays! :)
